Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To ensure a smooth return process, please keep your order confirmation email and any relevant documentation handy.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
