At Sanchayaa Clothing, we aim to offer a seamless shopping experience while maintaining the exclusivity and integrity of our boutique collection. We offer size exchanges only, subject to the availability of the required size, and the request must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product. The item must remain unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. If the desired size is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the product value, excluding shipping and COD charges.
Returns are accepted solely for damaged or defective items, and a clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory to initiate the request. The video must capture the complete opening of the package and clearly show the defect. Without proper video proof, return requests cannot be processed. For sarees, returns are strictly limited to damaged items with valid unboxing proof; colour variations due to lighting or screen settings will not be considered defects.
We do not offer cash or original payment refunds. Approved returns will be compensated through store credit equivalent to the product value (excluding shipping/COD charges). This credit remains valid for 6 months and can be used for any future purchase. Products purchased on sale or discount, customized or altered garments, and items without original packaging or tags are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact our support team within 2 days of delivery at support@sanchayaclothing.com or +91 63613 72171, along with their order number, a description of the issue, and the unboxing video if applicable.
