SHIPPING POLICY
At Sanchayaa Clothing, we ensure that every handpicked piece is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. We ship across India, and Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with a standard handling fee of ₹200 per order. Customers are requested to provide accurate address and contact details to avoid delivery delays.
Please note that COD orders are not eligible for refunds; in applicable cases, only store credit will be issued. As a boutique brand, we process orders with utmost care, but shipping timelines may vary based on location and courier availability. For exchanges, customers must ship items back to our store address as we currently do not provide pickup services.
