Sanchayaa Clothing operates as a boutique brand offering carefully curated apparel and accessories. By using our website, you acknowledge that all information you provide is accurate and that you are at least 18 years of age or using the platform under parental supervision. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
We make every effort to display product colours, fabrics, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations due to lighting, photography, or screen settings may occur and shall not be considered defects. As many products are handcrafted or boutique pieces, minor irregularities are natural and should not be viewed as damage.
All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment can be made through accepted online methods or Cash on Delivery (COD) with an additional handling fee of ₹200. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or message. Orders may be cancelled by us if product availability changes, payment fails, or inaccurate details are provided. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly.
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Shipping timelines may vary based on location and courier serviceability. Customers must provide accurate address and contact information to avoid delays. COD orders are not eligible for refunds; store credit will be issued in applicable cases. We offer size exchanges subject to availability, and returns only for damaged or defective items with proper video proof. Refunds are issued as store credit only and do not include shipping or COD charges. Items purchased during sale, customized garments, and used or untagged items are not eligible for return. Store credit issued for eligible cases will be valid for 6 months from the date of generation and can be used for any future purchase. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
All images, content, designs, logos, and creatives displayed on our website and social media platforms belong exclusively to Sanchayaa Clothing. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.
Sanchayaa Clothing is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
All customer information is kept confidential and used solely for order processing, communication, and improving services. By using our website, you consent to our privacy practices. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required for logistics or legal compliance.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
